Teresa Nail did a very nice job with Dagger. She has a way of presenting a dog that I have always admired and Dagger loved her and showed. He won the open class with competition and went reserve to a D'ray male shown by Jana Dupre. It was his first show. He showed, was very confident, and we had a good time. I'll write down all the winners for everyone tomorrow. Thanks Rhianna...There was some beautiful dogs there and we were pleased that Dagger was in the running. :D

Thanks for your support. Dagger balked on the go around. He recovered quickly but it could of cost him. Basically, he showed well for his first shows. He beat the dog that won yesterday and went reserve again. We felt he was considered everyday by both judges and that was exciting. There were some really nice dogs there and 2 pts. Teresa will have him again in a few weeks. She did a great job with him and believe me, she is one of the best in my opinion.

I had fun. Dagger enjoyed the vacation and in the end, we went home with the dog we liked the best..........lol:D

RKCM - Great weekend. I have always felt better to be a bridesmaid than left out. Wish they had some way to give even some kind of point to reserve. At one point I felt Dietrich was the queen of reserves and Shrock held up the bridegroom spot a lot until one day they start winning. But it does show your dog is in the hunt and competitive. Now that he has some ring experience he will come back a different dog next time and should move up easily after his great start. Way to go!!
