Has anyone heard what happened at the Indiana shows today?

We are wishing you the best, Rhiannon, and hope you are having fun! Many of you may know that her daughter shows her dogs for her. She has a Thriller daugher who I have heard is a very nice bitch. Must be lots of fun to have a family interest in the dogs. Two hands are better than one and having the dog owner handled is a feat. Just remember that you leave with the dog you came with and it's only an opinion. Hope purple is coming your way.....

Hope you'll share the fun and post the winners and BOB.

Wow....the bitterness and negativity never end from you do they. I see that you still have SO much time in your lonely life to take time out of your busy day to think SO much of me! I'm honored truly, but that is so not what this forum is for Miss Tebbe ( just so everyone on here is up to speed, Sazzafrazz is actually formerly banned member Tidibole, banned for ironically...negativity and bitterness just like in this post here)

I have to feel sorry for you that you are still so hellbent(after a year I might add) on the fact that previously when my bitch beat your nice young male Tyson, there were only 2 dogs being shown that day. When Tyson in turn one the point the next day, you did not see me beheving like a child whining and carrying on about a sympathy point. You take your wins with gratitude Ms Tebbe, regardless of how many are or are not entered. A lesson that you would do well to learn. A win is a win whether there are 2 dogs being shown or 52 being shown. But just so you can sleep better tonight, please know that in Layla's class there were 3 bitches being shown and a total of 9 bitches shown for the day with 3 VERY well known professional handlers there as well.

I am just as pleased with Layla today as I was yesterday and all she got yesterday was second. I do not get hung up on how many were there or is a VICTORY really a VICTORY. Bottom line is .....if the dogs I handle show well and perform without flaw, then that is my personal victory. Everything else is merely a matter of opinion that day, be it the judges, or spectators, or even bitter forum members who have nothing better to do that sign up under a different ID and continue to stir up hate and discontent. Good Day :-)

Sorry...Got distracted RKCM....Vickie Seiler showed a very nice red male that won today and yesterday out of the AmBred class I believe. I will have to check the catalog to get the names correct. Anne White is here with a very nice red female special "Sahara" and she won the breed today. Vickie's red male was BOW as well as BOS. The breed is incredibly well represented this weekend!!! Very nice dogs being shown all the way around :-) I wish you could see them!

For those of you who don't know Kristen, she use to show in Jr. My son showed and his wife was one of top Jr. Handlers when they competed. They mentioned Kristen often when traveling with us and she was always competition. She does a very nice job with the dogs. By the way, David Harper also commented on your abilities and talent with the dogs. I, personally, watched her when she worked with some top handlers, like Ellen Cottingham and Plout. Not sure if I spelled their name right but had beautiful dogs and Kristen, always presented them well.

It is sad to me to see such poor sportmanship with exhibitors. In the old days, that just wasn't proper and not tolerated. You gave congrads to the winner and went home with your dog that you loved. You knew that it was an opinion and that there was always another day, but NEVER did you pour sour grapes because it wasn't accepted by those that were the best. All exhibitors have a responsibility to their dogs and the sport. Sportmanship is still honored by some and we all need to remember that.

Thank you Kristen for the results and congrads on your win. No win, no matter the numbers is a win and a thrill for those that own the dog. I know you and Beth are thrilled. I can imagion your mom is pretty proud of her daughter too. No one can take that from you.

Thanks Becky :-) It is sad that in all walks of life there will always be those who never find true happiness in anything they do and unfortunately try to pass that sour grapes attitude on to everyone else around them .... that will never change my love of showing and the breed. Although I do have to say that it's a really goopd thing I did start out in another breed, cuz some of these dobie people can be real vipers.....But that could just be my ignorance and stupidity as one of the forum members so eloquently pointed out as one of my character flaws :-D

I really never knew that so many took notice during my early years. I am flattered to have been paid compliments by such well known handlers.....it makes the insults from the no-ones seem so less disheartening ....

Yes you can be proud of the things you have accomplished. I am truly dismayed at the lack of sportsmanship. I truly think that you handle yourself in the breed ring very professionally as well as in your personal way you handle the things that are thrown at you. The mods are currently on here viewing the threads and I am sure that they will do what needs to be done. There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever to be rude and send harrassing posts to cause fights in a public forum. No excuse whatsoever.

So here we are again where YOU are making a bigger issue of my dogs faults than I am. I truly don't get it....I'm not ignorant.....I am just SMART enough to minimize my dogs faults, that's what GOOD handlers do!!!.....I know she isn't perfect....there is no perfect dog. You really do need to get over yourself.....it makes you look like a poor sport.

Enjoy your win today! I'd be celebrating for sure on this one. Mom's always have to smile when they see their kids in the winners circles-no matter the age. My grandsons show horses but the youngest, Grant, is thinking about Jr. I will be beaming win or lose. I have to admit is a lot more fun to win though....LOL.

Glad for you....all. :D

Oh no now don't go changing your name. LOL. And maybe Dobeshowgirl is having a great weekend me not so much.....my dog keeps getting second......LOL. That's okay but I sure will not be a poor sport about it. And I am proud of the dog and the handler. I will have to put my dog on another handler though cause she did nothing for my dog this weekend so far. But don't tell her I said that. I need time to get another handler .......:D

She knows I love her though.

Hugs to the Hub is right and yes it does ROCK.

Well I just don't want anyone to say I am hi and mighty. I will humble accept my title if that it is. Hey I take points anyway I can get them as long as they are honest by the rules and proud of each and every one.

Rhiannon - Shrock has been the King of reserve but at least he was not last or well maybe he was reserve and LAST but reserve is reserve and worth noting. Beggars have to be grateful for everything they get.
