Congrats to Dobewan Doberman's and their new SAR puppy in training.

I just got the pictures so wanted to share them

This is Dobewan's Gunnery Sargent in training learning to work around a chain saw. He is the blue collar boy out of the pictures I posted.

Pamelot's Daredevil (Shrock)

It's nice to see how August's brothers and sister are doing. Any more updates on Gunner?

Gunner is getting ready to celebrate his big 7 year old B'day and then he will be considered a senior, but don't tell him that. He still acts exactly like a 2 year old except with a little maturity. We are having his holter done this coming week.

What was the procedure in selecting her for SAR?

Becky - its a Him - In working with the puppies as they grew I had exercises to challenge them and stimulate them both mentally and physically- I tested food drive, toy drive and ability to find objects by smell. I also worked with him to see how determined he was as far as problem solving and he had to demonstrate that he had a good recovery rate. All these things are critical for a working Doberman.
