Need some picture help

I can't seem to upload an avatar or a pic of any kind.....does anyone have some advice on what I'm doing wrong?

You can't post any pics until you've done about 15 posts I believe. It's nothing you are doing wrong. Leave the avatar and once you've reached the appropriate number of posts, it should show up. :)

Your pics may be too big - it's what happened to me :p They won't show up in the thread until you have 15 posts, but you should be able to upload them to your profile.

You can drop your pictures in photobucket and it will resize the pictures. Google photobucket.

You should be able to post pictures after a few posts. I'd go ahead and try it. I'm still learning on the Admin panel but it looks right.
