Hi, my name is Anne. I work at a doberman kennel full time. Right now I am the office manager.
I started there doing obedience training about 20 years ago. Back then we trained any breed. We even took in aggressive dogs that were slated to be put down for training. Fox TV did a special on us after someone called them when their dog was turned around. Kimbertal does not train anymore because insurance on it went skyhigh and everyone expected miracles.
I have been in dogs since 1972. I bred Siberians under the name Nelmaran and had a Canadian Best In Show piebald and three generations of obedience titled Siberians. (Sibes are not noted for obedience.) I was even the training director for Tri County Dog Obedinece Club in the early 80s. I did columns for several magazines in the 70s and 80s on herbs, natural cures, obedience, genetics and legislation. I am hoping to be helpful to some of the posters here if they need it.
