Thanks for the article Rich S. More information is always a good thing. I do worry so much more about Hercules knowing he has this. You are so fortunate to have an after hours emergency vet on hand where you are. We don't here in Battle Creek. I would have to take him to Ann Arbor Medical Center 150 miles away if something really bad happened and he was deeply cut and bleeding profusely. And with time being of the essance, who knows if I would make it there without losing him on the way.
