i need a new laptop any suggestions? i was thinking of finally switching to a mac

We're using a mac, can't go wrong. My husband and I were a little hesitant to make the switch, but are we glad we did.

What makes a Mac better? Is it just being able to stay away from Microsoft or is there more to it?

I've been thinking of getting a laptop too but had never considered going with a Mac. You've got me curious now.

I just bought a new Lappy last month and its really perfect. The think which made the deal worst is " I am running Linux in it ". Its just because they gave Linux for free and I have to pay for Windows.. However.. I have bought Windows... but.. I need to make some time for installing it after backing up all the files.

So.. I have only one suggestion and its 'NEVER GO WITH LINUX'!!!

I was bit scared in changing from a PC after being a PC user all my life, but all my Mac friends encouraged me so I took the risk and bought it. Why I bought it is because of its great design and size. I travel quite a lot, and now I can have my desktop with me. The laptop I was going to originally get was one of Dell's notebooks, but the Mac was by far more powerful for my low budget.
