The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said the nationwide recall of possibly contaminated peanut butter products has expanded to include some dog biscuits.

The FDA said PetSmart Inc. (NASDAQ:PETM) of Phoenix, Ariz., is voluntarily recalling seven of its Grreat Choice-brand dog biscuit products that contain peanut paste made by the Peanut Corp. of America. That company is the focus of a FDA investigation into potential salmonella contamination of peanut butter and paste made at its Blakely, Ga., plant.

The recalled Grreat Choice dog biscuits were sold between Aug. 21 and Jan. 19.

my dog gunnar had some of those biscuits, from august to jan, he had 2 to 3 bags, he did get very sick once, diarreha shakes and everything, crazy that it could have been from those treats and that it took so long to find it, luckily he is ok now.
