Hello Fellow Dobe Lovers!!!
I have already posted my first question in the training section and received some great responses. I thought I better take a minute to introduce myself and my family.
We are a homeschool family in West Tennessee with a small farm. I have my first Dobe boy, he is a 10 month old Fawn named Fritz. We also have a two year old English Bulldog female in the house with us. I have three small children, ages 8, 7, and 2.
I have always admired the Doberman breed and have wanted one for our home for about the last three years. We finally brought Fritz home when he was a young puppy and have totally fallen for him. He is a really great dog. My main worry when we got him was that I wanted him to be gentle with my children. No worries there! He loves and adores all of my kids. If I could keep him from accidentally knocking over my two year old every now and then I would have absolutely nothing to worry about. He is quite a klutz sometimes! I laugh so hard at him sometimes, he can be walking through the kitchen at times and just fall...
Anyway, I have lots more questions I will be posting soon. Just curious, how many of you have fawns or blues?
Nice to "meet" you all!!!!
Jennifer
