Spay your dog for the following reasons:
stop homelessness
stop killings.
they live longer and healthier
they are better behaved and more focused on training
According to me, the birth of a litter of puppies is certainly a miracle to behold. But it’s time for a reality check: There are simply not enough homes for all. Show true compassion for the dogs of the world by having your dog spayed (for females) or neutered (for males) before 6 months of age.Spaying dramatically reduces her risk of developing uterine infections, ovarian cancer, and breast cancer.

Good point guys. Let's leave the breeding up to the breeders.

Yeah I have to agree. I'll be having Bambi spayed when she's 10 weeks. One pup is enough for me... I couldn't handle 6 or 8!

Oh yes, spaying and neutering is so important. My guy's male, and I'd be crazy if I had to worry about him panting after every female in heat. We have several other dogs in the neighborhood... it would be a never ending battle.

We've waited to have Magnum "fixed", but he'll be going in a few weeks.
