Here goes I hope that I tell this right......let me know if it works. :)

click on forums and then click on user cp in the upper left hand corner. Find and click on edit avitar on left hand side of the screen and then follow the directions. But to use your photo click on use custom avatar and upload image from your computer! Hit save changes after your upload and you should have it.

When you go to submit a post down at the bottom click on go advanced - then you will see manage your attachments and then upload your pictures.

i created an account with photobucket.com. (it's free)
you upload your pics onto photobucket and then it creates a link for that picture called Image Url and you just copy and paste that link onto the page where you are typing your new post. then you preview the new post and it should show your pics on there where you pasted the link.
Hope this helps!! :)

I use photobucket too. Just copy the image code right into your post.

Yes that is an Eika baby from her first litter. Not my Tidibole litter. I have got to get some pictures of Tux. He will be 10 weeks Friday. He has traveled over 4500 miles in the last 3 weeks. Took it all in stride - Stayed somewhere strange every night. Played with my grandkids and the whole neighborhood. Had a ball. I have to say when we got home you could tell he was glad to be back sommeplace he recognized. One thing for sure he know how to travel, eat in his crate and sure helped on potty training.

I just put it in to show how the add photo worked. Photobucket is too complicated for me. I want to just upload striaght from the web site. Easier for me.

Lets try to post this pic of Phoebe on the right pictured with her buddy Nitro. We were reposting her ears and gave her a break without the posts for a few hours. She's now 4 months and they dont look to bad so far.

Here's another pic of Phobe between posting her ears. We like to give her a break and check to see how her ears are standing.

Great pictures - Glad you got it to work. Is it photobucket that bring up the black screen with the circle in the middle to download the photo. If so that is another reason I don't use it. Takes too long to download the picture.

OOOPS sorry - nope not photobucket - i just tried to enlarge mine and it also brought up the black screen with the rotating circle. Must just be a forum thing.

photobucket just puts a pic right in the post. I might be wrong but I think the circle thing comes from the direct upload on a thumbnail.

I use Webshots and tried to post a picture but it said I have to have 15 posts before I can link to an outside URL.
