We just got our Doberman puppy yesterday, Jenny. I've had a few dogs in my time but this is the first puppy. The first thing i noticed was how cute she smells. There is something about the smell of a puppy.

I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

For sure, it is a great smell. Dobermans smell relatively good all the time because of their short hair. But nothing beats that new puppy smell!

Well I don't know if I can say I love the puppy smell. Since she doos quite a bit right now...

but I do love my new puppy!!! I just picked her up yesterday, I named her Bambi since she's fawn colored. She slept right next to me last night :) :)

Of course then she peed on the mattress at 3am.

I have so many dogs at my house, I wouldn't notice a new puppy smell unless of course they smell like fresh roses. I MIGHT notice a skunk coming into the house, though.

Just kidding! I keep my dogs very clean, and they don't smell bad at all.

My hand is up! Your right, something about that smell. Although sometimes that smell is mixed with other smells that we don't need to get into right now
