Well It would seem that nobody has ever tried "Taste of the Wild" from looking at the post regarding it. It is really good for your friend and will show through in a healthy coat and animal. Though it is expensive, it may be worth a try? Since bringing my baby home and after much research and fact finding about feed, I have found that there is a lot of CRAP on the shelves and one look at the ingredient list on the back and you will see junk, junk, junk and more junk! Anyway, check it out next time your at your favorite pet store or ask your Vet about it, take care all!...John

PROBABLY a quality food BUT not everyone can afford that expense. I have 4 and feed 4 sweet potatoes daily over a 26% protein and 18% fat kibble and cover all with broth made from turkey or chicken, depending upon availabilty and YUP, my dogs are in good weight and excellent coat! GUESS, the bottom line is simply go with what works for you!!!! or at least what you can reasonably afford!!! Entirely too much hOOBLA over too many high PRICED FOODS!!Considering the average cost for a quality Doberman, a few extra bucks for good quality food is worth it. IF you can afford the dog, you should be able to afford the food...:cool:John

I feed TOTW, it isn't as expensive as most grain free foods.
